It's not drying as fast as it says it does , lashes pop off 5 mins after I apply them

This order took over a month to get to me! I tried numerous times to contact this company to cancel my order and get a refund! Delivery took so long that no longer need the items I ordered. I tried to email them AGAIN that I wanted to return the items and someone FINALLY replied to me and they only offered a 20% refund. I let them know I was not happy with that, and guess what!? they never responded to me, yet again! Don’t order from this company!
I was very happy with the service and quality. Just wish I could track my parcel more accurately. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 start rate
