I never received my order and I have been trying to contact you
Delivery took almost a month. Also nobody answered to my emails. I ordered 10 pens, one of them is leaking.

for one if you order this lamp (in black) you will receive a black lamp with rose gold screw on metal pieces. i appreciate that that lamp is very bright and can dim and change warmth settings BUT on the other hand i like to lash with my bed pretty high and so the lamp does not get any taller so sometimes i hit my lash tweezers on the lamp which makes SO MUCH NOISE just one more thing it is very flimsy sadly but it is pretty frustrating over all great lamp just wish i could adjust it to be taller
Really good adhesive. Great for sensitive eyes. I noticed it doesn’t give my eyes any burns, pain, or redness.
Lashes are easy to fan and are soft. They can create such snatches bases.
Oui je suis satisfaite … mais par contre je n’aime pas du tout les cils en W que j’ai commander antérieurement … ils ne restent pas très beau ils perdent leur courbe … ils deviennent raide … alors j’ai dû toute jeter … je sais pas si je suis là seule qui ses plaint mais pour moi c pas bon du tout

This tape really surprised me. It worked way better than anticipated. It really helped lift the eye , it adhered well to my clients skin even though she was oily , I like the little space that Doesn’t stick to the skin preserving the eyebrows. It also removes easily . It is an excellent and unique product for lash artists.
